There is a $50 nonrefundable application fee per each individual 18 and older. Each individual 18 and older must submit an application. No pets are allowed.  Proof of renters insurance, paid in full, for the entire term of the lease is required at move-in. Monthly payments for renters insurance will not be accepted.
